📍 Location: Filming Course Content in Fort Collins, 12-16 short interviews in Denver

💰 Compensation: $2,500 – $3,500 (this includes travel time and coordination)

⏳ Estimated Time Commitment: ~70 hours (filming, editing, production)

About the Project

We are producing a 4-hour online course designed to help parents protect their kids’ mental health while navigating divorce. After six months of refining our material, we are ready to bring it to life through high-quality video production.

We’re looking for an ambitious student or early-career videographer who wants to add to their portfolio while working on a meaningful project that supports youth mental health. If you’re passionate about video production and storytelling, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational content creation. This is not meant to be a first time project as demonstrated proficiency is required. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filming a professionally delivered, scripted course (multiple day and location shoot)

• Editing the footage into a polished, engaging final product

• Adding graphics, transitions, and minor effects (if applicable)

• Delivering the final video in a format suitable for online learning platforms

• Filming Keynote Presentation in Vail on August 7th which will require a second shooter 

• Interviewing 12-16 people in Denver and producing polished videos

• Filming starts in June. You must be available to film in Vail on August 7th

Ideal Candidate

• Student or recent graduate in film, media, communications, or a related field

• Experience with video production and editing (portfolio or class projects demonstrating proficiency are required)

• Access to professional or high-quality personal equipment (camera, audio, lighting, mounts, etc)

• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
